Each product shows its MOQ. Some products let you mix colours or sizes to reach it. If you need a smaller trial order, ask us: it is often possible for products marked "Low MOQ".

Click Send inquiry on any product, or contact us with the product, quantity and destination. We reply with a quote within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Usually 15 days. The validity date is printed on every quote.

Yes, for products marked "Samples available". The sample cost and delivery time are quoted per product. The approved sample becomes the quality reference for your bulk order.

Goods are inspected against the approved sample before packing, and we send you photos before the balance payment. You are welcome to send your own inspector or a third-party inspection company.

Tell us within 15 days of arrival, with photos or video. We resolve valid claims by replacement or credit note. See our trade terms.

Our standard terms are a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance before shipment. Samples and small first orders are paid in full in advance. Prices are in US dollars.

We only ever send bank details on our official proforma invoice. If anyone asks you to pay a different account, call us on the number on this website before paying.

FCA, FOB, DAP and DDP (Incoterms® 2020), with the named place set in your quote. Under DDP we deliver to your address with import duties paid. See the trade terms.

Yes. We quote FCA or FOB and hand the goods to your forwarder's agent.

The lead time is shown on each product and confirmed in your quote. It starts when we receive the deposit and your approval of the sample or artwork.

Yes, on products marked "OEM / ODM": logo, colours, packaging, labels and barcodes. The minimum order for custom work is often higher. See OEM & private label.
