These are the standard terms behind every quote. Your quote and proforma invoice always state the exact terms for your order; where they differ, the quote applies.
Incoterms® 2020 we offer
We quote four terms. The named place is set in each quote, because products come from factories in different regions.

FOB is for sea freight only; for air, rail, truck or express we quote FCA instead. DDP is offered where a reliable forwarder can act as importer of record; otherwise we suggest DAP. Under FCA and FOB you insure the main transport; under DAP and DDP our cargo insurance covers the goods until delivery.
Payment
- Standard: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment, after you have seen the inspection photos.
- Samples and small first orders: payment in full in advance.
- Custom (OEM/ODM) orders: usually 50% deposit, 50% before shipment.
- Other terms, such as a letter of credit for large orders, can be agreed case by case.
Prices are in US dollars unless your quote says otherwise. Bank charges outside China are for the buyer's account.
Price validity
Quotes are valid for 15 days. Before the deposit is paid, prices may be adjusted for major changes in raw-material costs or exchange rates.
Quantity and lead time
- Minimum order quantities are shown on each product. Some products are sold in full cartons only.
- Production tolerance is ±3%; you are invoiced for the quantity actually shipped.
- Lead time starts when we receive both the deposit and your approval of the sample or artwork. Chinese public holidays are added.
Quality and claims
- The approved sample is the quality reference for your order.
- Goods are inspected before shipment; your own or a third-party inspector is welcome.
- Report any problem within 15 days of arrival, with photos or video. We resolve valid claims by replacement or credit note.
Compliance
You are responsible for the import rules, labelling and certification required in your country, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Product certificates are listed on product pages or available on request.
