Ordering wholesale from China is simpler than it sounds. Here is every step, from your first message to the goods arriving.
1. Send an inquiry
Tell us the product (a link, SKU or photo is enough), the quantity, your destination country and, if you know it, the trade term you prefer. Use the Send inquiry button on any product page, or contact us. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
2. Receive your quote
Your quote shows the unit price for your quantity, the Incoterm and named place (FCA, FOB, DAP or DDP), the payment terms, the lead time, packing details and how long the price is valid (usually 15 days).
3. Approve a sample (recommended)
For new products, custom logos or custom packaging we send a sample first. The approved sample becomes the reference for your bulk order. Sample cost and delivery time are quoted per product.
4. Confirm with a deposit
We send a proforma invoice. A deposit, usually 30%, starts production. Lead time is counted from the day we receive the deposit and your approval of the sample or artwork.
5. Production and inspection
Your goods are produced and checked against the approved sample before packing. You are welcome to send your own inspector or a third-party inspection company.
6. Balance payment and shipping
We send inspection photos. After the balance payment the goods ship with all export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration and the bill of lading, air waybill or tracking number.
Good to know
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is shown on every product. Some products let you mix colours or sizes to reach it.
- Production tolerance is ±3%; you are invoiced for the actual quantity.
- Bank details are only ever sent on our official proforma invoice. If you receive a message asking you to pay a different account, call us first.
