We ship worldwide. This guide explains the transport options, how freight is charged and which documents come with your goods.
Transport options
| Method | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Sea, full container (FCL) | A container for your goods only: 20GP (about 28 m³ usable), 40GP (about 58 m³), 40HQ (about 68 m³) | Large orders; the lowest cost per unit |
| Sea, shared container (LCL) | Your cartons share a container; charged per m³ or tonne, minimum 1 m³ | Orders of about 2–15 m³ |
| Air freight | Airport to airport | Urgent, valuable or light goods |
| Express courier | DHL, FedEx, UPS and others, door to door | Samples and shipments under about 100 kg |
| Rail | China–Europe rail freight, full or shared containers | Europe and Central Asia: faster than sea, cheaper than air |
| Truck | Cross-border road freight | Central Asia and Southeast Asia |
How freight is charged
- Sea LCL: by volume (m³) or weight, whichever costs more.
- Air: by chargeable weight, the higher of the actual weight and length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6000.
- Express: the same, divided by 5000.
Each product page lists the units per carton, carton size, volume and weight, so you can estimate how many cartons fit your shipment.
Using your own forwarder
Already work with a freight forwarder? We quote FCA or FOB and hand the goods over to your forwarder's agent.
Documents
- Always: commercial invoice, packing list and export customs declaration.
- Transport: bill of lading (original, telex release or sea waybill), air waybill, rail or road waybill, or courier tracking.
- On request: certificate of origin, including preferential forms that can lower your import duty where a trade agreement applies; inspection certificates; product test reports.
- Special goods: safety data sheets and test reports for batteries, liquids and other regulated goods; heat-treatment marks for wooden pallets.
Restricted goods
Some products, such as batteries, liquids, powders and magnets, cannot travel by every method. We tell you in the quote which methods are possible and which documents are needed.
